An accomplished energetic HR practitioner with over 20 years of experience of working within the HR sector/profession.  With a solid history of achievement of exceptional results in both the private and public sector; in multi and single site locations.  Experience of working within the FMG, education, manufacturing, charity sector and working closely with Trade Unions. Worked in HR operations, HR Strategic and HR Project Management roles.

Enjoys working with businesses to help manage and grow their businesses through their employees. Ensuring that employees are happy working in a healthy environment which means efficiencies and a motivated workforce.
